Returns, Refunds & Warranties
Here at The Fog Cabin Vape Shop we sell quality vaping drip tips that are fully tested and inspected before it is sent to you. However, sometimes things go wrong or people change their mind.
We want to make it easy and hassle free for you to return items you decide you don’t want, or that don’t meet the high standards we’ve set ourselves or prove to be faulty.
If you wish to return an order, then please do let us know first by dropping us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
You will have 14 days from the date of the receipt to cancel an order and return it to us. You, the customer, will be responsible for the payment of postage back to us.
For a refund, returned orders must come back to us in the condition they were sent. Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging where possible. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, so please use a secure mailing service.
It is worth using a secure mail service for returns. If using Royal Mail we suggest obtaining ‘proof of postage’ from the Post Office so you can claim for any items that are lost in transit.
We are happy to offer a 30-day warranty to our customers on products that are faulty or damaged. We do not offer warranties on products that you decide you do not like.
Warranties will begin from the date of your receipt, so please keep a copy of it - this will be contained with your order.
